KC Temple

Our single's ward organized a trip down to the Kansas City Temple! It was pretty fun. And spiritual. Mostly, we acted like big dorks!

 T'was a bit windy!
The line was long, allowing plenty of time for pictures!

 Photo bombed by the Terminator.

And then, for lunch we stopped in Adam-Ondi-Ahman. It was my first time there! We had a little bit of a picnic, changed into jeans, and then jumped into cars before the storm came!

Action shot.

It was windy. Because there were tornado warnings. On the way home we saw 11 semi's turned over. I'm just glad they decided not to do so on top of us! It was all I asked for.

A Tale of Two Antonios

Here is a picture of my Muffin, Ruben, trying to dance hoop with the girl's hoop. He immediately regretted it!

Next, we have Grandpa's Birthday! And his face is Ruben's future.

(I really wanted to post Ruben's pictures!)

March 2012

If something important happened in January or February, I have forgotten it. Well, December 31st I went to a YSA New Years Eve party. It was depressing. I sat there most of the night thinking, "this is my life..." Never again. And I guess February I took the NE bar.

Moving on to March, a few things happened. And the things I have pictures for are: BYU Pow Wow! I got to see some friends and stock up on some jewelry. Super efficient!

Apparently, we go to Utah a lot.
Next, we brought Meredith and the girls to Nebraska, (in a very long and excruciating 15 hour drive) so that Meredith could teach a hoop class for OPS. We did fun stuff like walk on the bridge, drive by mom's "ghetto school," and visit the Mormon Trail Center and Temple.

Two States at once, although we decided that Iowa smells! Literally. Once you cross state lines, whew!
All the cousins in the state of Nebraska.
Gabbi is looking indifferent, because we took away her candy when she started to stick to everything! And then she went on a sugar crash!
So, that was a fun month!

Catch Up the First

So, it has been brought to my attention that I haven't blogged in quite some time. Yep. True statement. It is just that when you don't blog for a bit you feel the need to blog about everything that has happened, and then you realize a lot has happened, and it feels easier to continue on not blogging. So, I didn't. Hence, few very quick catch up blog posts.

The First: Danielle Denise Schramm was born.

She has now celebrated her first birthday.

We spent Christmas in Utah with most of the Zendejas clan, minus the Zimmermans, and even some Schramms. (We therefore have a picture sans Sara, but it wasn't the first time... :)
